i have tried several diets and pills and nothing has worked for me, but this really works i took i pill in the morning eat my breakfast and eat lunch drank 10-14 glasses of water because it make you really thirsty this makes you feel fuller as well, i only eat fruit at night beacause i wasn’t really hungry. i weighed 198lbs now i weigh 164lbs this has only been a period of 1 month i dont know but it worked for me. i dont take the pills anymore but i have kept my lower eating habits still drinking 10-14 of water and still losing. I have not noticed a difference yet but its only my third day. It does make you constipated and not able to sleep good at night. It does give you engergy. Will try it for a couple more days and if sleep gets worse will stop. I need my sleep!

My husband and I took these pills and we did loose a few pounds but could not sleep more than a few hours at night. I was pleased to loose the 7 pounds but my God, no sleep got to me and I stopped taking them.
