When most people think of any type of exercise program that involves the words “boot camp” they are immediately filled with dread. The Markham boot camp, however, is not designed or run the way that a boot camp may be envisioned. Prior to starting the exercise program participants complete a series of stretches. Following an exercise session the group then completes a series of yoga exercises that serve to relax the body and increase flexibility in those areas that have been toned.

The schedule of exercises and the cycle through which they are performed is unique. This series of exercises increases the cardio at a more efficient rate than regular cardio exercises.
