The book I ordered arrived fast. I was satisfied with the shipment. But I was very disappointed to find the marketing book I ordered is full of loose pages.I felt this was a kind of cheating to customers. Though I didn’t return the book to the seller, I do hope Amazon should ensure their sellers to clearly indicate the book conditions when they list their books for sale. The buyers have the absolute right to know the book condition before making a buy decision.

I just started this class, so far the text looks fine. If I was through
the book I could see why, I’d get an e-mail to reveiw it. First Chapter seems O.K.

Product arrived within a few days and was just as described. I was very pleased with the prompt arrival and the excellent condition of the book. Just what I needed for my marketing class at a price $60 lower than the campus bookstore!
