Book was advertised with review cards and online access. Did not come with book so I emailed the source. Was rudely told in so many words “Oh well” Will not order here again because I do not want to get less than what I pay for. Had to buy the book a second time at school so I wasted my money. Very dissatisfied.

I never received my textbook or even a response from this seller. Very disappointed. Am behind in school because of lack of textbook. Still trying to get book.

I have sent two e-mails to this seller, but have had no response. The cards were ordered on Dec. 31, but I have not received them. I had to purchase them from the college bookstore.
