Product Description

Jeffery Deaver is a new read for me; I am not acquainted with his work, which I am sure is popular. The writing in A Dish Served Cold is light and quick, dialogue moves the (almost funny) story along. But, though the length of the short is good value, perhaps (having read exemplary works from newer writers) I expected more from a writer of his credentials.

A Dish Served Cold has so many great twist in it. This read just makes the reader feel like they are in the presents of A genius author that loves to give the reader treat after treat. Truly a pleasure to read completely unforgettable by all means.

This is a cute, fun read, but from about page six, by the author’s choice of language if nothing else, the plot is fairly transparent — and, once you see where it’s going… well, it almost becomes annoying. I bought it for a quick evening read, and that was fine, but glad I only paid .49!

A Dish Served Cold is as gorgeous and powerful as a Porsche 911 Turbo; it is a nifty little thriller.

This was my first ebook download and my first reading of this author. I was very pleasantly surprised by both. I would recommend this read. It’s short, very interesting, great ending.
