  1. There is another even better book than 101 Workouts for Women. It is called Ultimate Body Book by Shape Magazine. It has many more exercises (all color photos), extremely useful information and facts and also a section full of recipes. Buy the Ultimate Body Book (by Shape Magazine) or borrow it from the library first. I would rate the Ultimate Body Book 5 out of 5 stars.

  4. If you’re like me and have been working out for a while, things can get a little stale. There are only so many incline presses or crunches you can do, right? Still, you have to keep going if you want to keep in shape… Use it or lose it.

    This is great because it’s full of great ideas to change things up and keep them interesting. Plus, the little variations here and there will keep your muscles guessing what is going on and get you better results.

    Whether you’re just starting out or an old pro at the gym, this one has something or everybody.
